Jump Start Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to one (1) of your Jump Start phone consultations, at no additional cost, up to forty-eight (48) hours before your scheduled appointment, however you must reschedule the phone consultation to fall within five (5) business days of your original appointment date so as to maintain your program schedule.

Cancellation
If you do not reschedule at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of your scheduled appointment OR if you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, you will not be refunded any portion of your Jump Start program fee.  We reserve the right to cancel any of our programs.  In which case, you will receive a complete refund of the Jump Start fee.
