I have been taking splenda for several months. Just lately I realized that the moles on arms and especially legs had increased.By a sudden impulse while visiting my doctor for something else I showed the increased moles to him on one leg. He pointed out that two of the moles did not look good, he sent one small part of one of them to the lab and it came back as pre- cancerous. Both moles have been removed since. What an excellent article. Delegating is where a lot of solo entrepreneurs and small business people get stuck and limit their business growth. Once the entrepreneur recognizes that outsourcing admin tasks to someone for $25 an hour frees them up to earn $100 dollars in that hour, then their business takes off.

My 18 year old daughter is waiting tables in a small family owned "sub" shop. The 25 year old waitress, in front of customers and staff, cursed and belittled my daughter (because my girl would not take her shift). The words she used are so horrible that I cannot even post them. When the owner was told, his comment was, "I'm not your Daddy". This was particularly hard as we lost my husband a few months ago, and my child iswithout a father.
How as a parent do I give her great advice about working in an extreme toxic job!
