I'm not able to checkout.  What should I do?

Because we're not charging a fee for the e-book, orders are processed through e-Junkie's Free Checkout service.  To prevent abuse, their system will only process up to 100 Free Checkouts per day.  If we've already "sold" that amount today, you can either (a) change the price from $0.00 to another amount, say $5.00, so that e-Junkie will not consider it a free checkout or (b) try again another day when the system resets to zero sales.

Can I make a donation through the checkout process, instead of the donation link?

No.  If you enter an amount other than $0.00 when checking out through e-Junkie (via the "Add to Cart" button), that amount will be paid to Upstart Smart and not the DiscoverHope Fund.  To make a donation, please use the "Donate Here" link on this page.

How long is my download link valid?

Download links expire after 5 download attempts or 120 hours, whichever comes first.
